Summary. Scientific and economic experience carried out with the purpose to study the optimal dose of probiotic of tetrasaccharide for broiler chickens and geese when grown for meat. For the experiment has shaped four groups of broilers-analogs of 40 goal. each. Birds in the control received mixed fodder without probiotic, chickens first, second and third test group in the feed is added studied the drug in a dose of 0.8, 1 and 1.2 g/kg feed, respectively. On a similar scheme was conducted an experiment in geese. Part of consists of four probiotic cultures of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus casei LBR 1/90, Lactobacillus paracasei LBR 5/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 33/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 44/90) in equal number. Preservation of chickens in the experimental groups was on average higher than in control, by 12.5...21,9%, goslings – 8.1...12,8%, respectively. To the 70-day experiment superiority Chicks second and third groups in live weight control over 2.8 and 3.2% respectively. Gusyatin treated probiotic, the difference between the control and experimental groups has reached 5,1...10,6%. The content of cells in the blood birds of all experimental groups was slightly lower than in control. Statistically significant differences in chickens was observed in the second and third experimental groups (4.8 and 4.2 per cent respectively). The geese in the control group, their concentration was 24,63 x 109/l, while in the second pilot 23,38 x 109/L. the Content of hemoglobin in all experimental groups has increased, with statistically significant differences were revealed in the second and third experimental groups – 4,8 and 4.4 % respectively. The geese the high content of hemoglobin in the blood (99,6 g/l) is recorded in the second experimental group, and the lowest (90,1 g/l) in the control. The most rational dose of tetrasaccharide can be considered as 1 g/kg of a forage.
