Summary. Studies were conducted in 2012-2013 on the experimental field of «The July Uchkhoz IzhGSKHA» to determine the effect of pre-sowing treatment microfertilizers on the elemental composition of oat varienty Gunter. Vegetative period of 2012 year was warm and moderately humid and 2013 – hot and dry. Soil of experimantal plots – sod-medium, medium loamy, the content of nutrients in the topsoil – from medium to high. On the basis of certified analytical testing center Institute of mineral name N.M. Fedorov content of 70 elements in grain by the following methods was determined: mass spectral analysis with inductively coupled plasma (MS) and atomic emission method with inductively coupled plasma (AES). In 2012 in variant with preliminary seed treatment with mixture micronutrients (SoSO4 + SuSO4 + ZnSO4) an increase in the number of chemical elements excluding bromine and strontium: yttrium – 3,7 times; cobalt – 3,2 times; cesium – 2,8 times; cerium – 2,4 times; aluminum, zirconium, cadmium and tantalum – 2,2 times; neodymium – 2,1 times; rubidium – 2,0 times; nickel – 1,9 times in comparison without presawing tretment. In 2013, in the grain treated with micronutrients observed a similar tendency of increasing content of zirconium – 7,4 times, lead – in 6,0 times, cesium – 5,3 times, lanthanum – 5,1 times, hafnium – 4,8 times, yttrium – 3,7 times, aluminum – 3,3 times, rubidium – 2,8 times, cerium – 2,4 times, cobalt – 2,3 times, chromium – 2,1 times in comparison with untreated seeds.
