DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL MARKETS MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS

Summary. Given the author’s approach to the differentiation of milk and dairy products Novosibirsk region based on the territorial principle, according to which the defined urban agglomeration (market of Novosibirsk and its suburbs), rural market (Novosibirsk Region). To substantiate the said division, comparative characteristics identified subspecies markets. The proposed comparison parameters ( quantitative and qualitative ) show that the market is monopolized by the urban agglomeration of more than rural, it reflects factors such as the Herfindahl -Hirschman In, Chetyrehdolny concentration ratio CR4 – Concentration Ratio ( urban agglomeration in the market more than 2 times higher ), etc. The degree of concentration of consumers in the market of milk and milk products in the urban agglomeration of 3 times higher than the same figure for the rural market , the urban population spends on the purchase of dairy products to 259 rub. / month . more than rural.
