Summary. The study was carried out in 2015-2016 in order to obtain experimental data on adaptive technology of application of modern biological and chemical preparations for soybean, ensuring the reduction of the damage by diseases, increase in the productivity and resistance of plants to the environment. We examined TMTD, concentrate of water suspension; Immunotsitofit, tablets; Tsirkon, solution; Bisolbifit, powder; Ekstrasol, liquid; Nutri Fait, liquid, with the softener of water Spartan, liquid; liquid humic fertilizer Optimo, emulsion concentrate. In the experiment we used soybean cv. Ivan Karamanov. The experiments were founded in grain-soybean crop rotation on meadow-brown heavy loamy soil in the FGBNU “Far Eastern Research Institute of Agriculture”. We conducted phenological observations and phytopathological registrations, determined the structural elements of productivity and sowing qualities of seeds. Laboratory studies for determination of grain quality indicators were performed at the premises of laboratories of biochemistry and agricultural chemistry. The use of pesticides and biological preparations in soybean crops helped to increase the height of plants by 1.0-4.3 cm, the biomass accumulation – by 25-64 g in comparison with the control. Tsirkon, Ekstrasol and TMTD with Optimo contributed to the significant increase in soybean productivity, by 760, 700 and 680 kg/ha, respectively, in comparison with the control on average over two years. It was shown that against root rot the treatments of seeds by TMTD, 6 l/t and of crops by Optimo, 0.5 l/ha at the appearance of symptoms; seed treatment by Immunotsitofit, 1 tablet/t and the treatment by the same preparation (1 tablet/ha) at the blossoming phase; treatments of seeds by Ekstrasol, 2 l/t and of crops by Ekstrasol, 2 l/ha at the phase of ternate leaves and blossoming were the most effective. False mildew was inhibited effectively by seed treatment by TMTD, 6 l/t and crop treatment by Optimo, 0.5 l/ha at the appearance of symptoms; seed treatment by Tsirkon, 40 ml/t and crop treatment by Tsirkon, 10 ml/ha at the phase of budding-blossoming; crop treatment by Spartan, 0.1 l/ha with Nutri Fait, 0.75 l/ha at the phase of 4-6 ternate leaves and blossoming; seed treatment by Immunotsitofit, 1 tablet/t and crop treatment by Immunotsitofit, 1 tablet/ha at the phase of blossoming.
