BIOLOGIZATION OF AGRICULTURE IN BELGOROD REGION: RESULTS AND PROSPECTS

Summary. The article analyses the results of the program of biologization of agriculture in Belgorod region. Its main directions, realized in the region: differentiated distribution of crop rotations depending on the relief and peculiarities of soil cover; improvement of structure of cultivated area; wide use of anti-erosion business-management, agrotechnical, meadow-ameliorating and forest-ameliorating measures; liming of acid soils; effective use of traditional organic fertilizers, as well as green manure and non-marketable part of harvest; maximal inclusion of biological nitrogen to the rotation; wide spread occurrence of biological methods of plant protection; transfer to energy-saving technologies of soil cultivation. During the period of implementation of the program of agriculture biologization the level of application of organic fertilizers grew from 2.59 t/ha in 2010 to 7.6 t/ha in 2015. Within the same period the accumulation of symbiotic nitrogen increased from 10.1 to 15.1 kg/ha. In 2010-2015 259,410 ha of acid soils were limed. According to the results of the entire agrochemical inspection it was registered the increase in provision of arable lands with mobile forms of phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, manganese, zinc. The productivity of the main crops reached the highest level in the Central Chernozem zone.
