Abstract. The studies were carried out in order to justify the need to form new integrated communication as one of the main directions of further development of the regional poultry industry. In the work, we used monographic, abstract-logical and other methods. Over the past 15 years, the production of poultry meat in the Kemerovo region grew more than 6.5 times, while its proportion in the meat industry increased from 9.3% to 36.3%. Egg production increased 2.5 times to more than 400 pcs per resident of the region. Large enterprises began to dominate in the industry. They accounted for more than 85% of the production. The competition in the poultry products market intensified greatly. As for large enterprises, using the available capacities, they generally solve the problems they face with. At the same time, the situation for medium and small-sized manufacturers becomes more and more difficult. The most important direction of increasing their competitiveness today is the intensification of integration processes, primarily on the basis of the cluster approach. The main objectives of the cluster are the improvement of the relationship between the members, and most importantly development of promotion mechanisms for local producers. This ensures the effective coordination of efforts of poultry farms and feed producers, processors and trade organizations that provides a better promotion of the final product and risk reduction. Cluster approach will ensure the development of regional poultry, will accelerate labour productivity and agricultural business efficiency growth. This will further improve the types and structures of poultry farms in the region, increase the production growth, and most importantly form a mutually beneficial relationship between the members.
