Abstract. The studies aimed to assess the effectiveness of Transh Super, SC preparation in crops of spring rape under production conditions. The work was performed in 2017–2019 in the Kemerovo region. The soil of the experimental site was leached, medium-humus, medium-thick, heavy loamy chernozem with a humus content in the 0–20 cm layer of 8.9%. The experimental design included the following options: no treatment – control; Transh Super, SC at the dose of 2 L/ha; Transh Super, SC at the dose of 3 L/ha. The experiment was repeated three times. The consumption rate of the working fluid was 150 L/ha. Due to the high infestation of rapeseed crops by perennial species (Cirsium arvense, Sonchus arvense, Erytrigia repens, Taraxacum officinale, Equisetum arvense) during the budding period of the culture, they were treated with tank mixtures of herbicides Haker, WSG (0.12 kg/ha) + Miura, EC ( 1.0 L/ha) with the addition of Decis Profi, WDG (0.03 L/ha). To reduce the stress effect of herbicides on seeds and during the budding period of rapeseed, we used Huminatrin – a fertilizer based on humic acids with microelements (1.5 L/t). Infestation of spring rape crops was recorded by the quantitative-weight method in 20 and 40 days after treatment. All types of juvenile weeds showed high sensitivity to the studied herbicide. In the option with the use of Transh Super, SC at the dose of 3 L/ha, the maximum decrease in their number from 161.3 pcs/m2 to 18.8 pcs/m2 was established with the destruction of Galeopsis specios Mill, Fagopyrum tataricum, and Spergula arvense. As a result, we achieved the highest biological efficiency of 88.3%. The maximum yield of 2.3 t/ha and the highest profitability of rapeseed production of 55.2% were obtained when Transh Super, SC was used at the dose of 3 L/ha.
