Summary. In Republic Tuva the separate areas with the raised background contents of polluting substances in an environment are selected, some of which are environment of cultivation yaks of the Tuva population. In this connection there is a necessity of realization of researches on revealing features of accumulation of heavy metals in organism Tuva yaks, cultivation in areas with a different level technical of pollution. Cadmium in all ecological zones basically concentrates in a liver and kidneys, his lowest concentration is found out in heart. In all bodies and muscles of a fabric yaks of the polluted zone the concentration cadmium exceeds his contents at animal conditionally ecologically of pure zone in 1,8-4,8 times, in blood, In 1,14-1,18 times, that is a consequence of the raised contents cadmium in grounds, water and pasturable forages of the polluted zone. Plumbum basically concentrates in easy and spleen yaks in the polluted zone, in kidneys and spleen – in a conditional – pure zone, in the least degree in all zones plumbum is accumulated in a liver. The excess of concentration plumbum in easy in the polluted zone is established, in comparison with two other zones in 1,5-1,7 times. Cuprum in organism yaks collects mainly in a liver. The minimal concentration cuprum in the polluted zone are marked in muscles of a fabric, in conditionally polluted and conditionally ecologically pure zones – in spleen: accordingly in 31,7; 37,3 and 14,4 times are less, than in a liver. The greatest quantity of zinc in the polluted zone concentrates in a liver, and in the conditionally polluted and ecologically pure zones – in muscles, and then in a liver. The manganese contains in the greatest quantities in a liver and kidneys yaks of all three zones. Is determined, that the ecological factors of territory, is especial technical influence, influence the contents of heavy metals in organism of animals. The veterinary-sanitary estimation of tests of bodies and fabrics of animals has shown, what even in an ecologically clean zone in muscles yaks the contents cadmium, plumbum, cuprum and zinc exceeds EAC accordingly in 2,8; 1,2; 1,1 and 1,6 times.
