Summary. Investigations were conducted on 800 cows of type “Vazuzsky” of Sychevka breed belonging to OAO pedigree farm “Rassvet” of Novoduginsky region of Smolensk district. All cows and sires of OAO pedigree station “Smolenskoe” were tested by erythrocyte’s factors from 12 genetic systems of blood groups (A, B, C, F-V, J, L, M, S, Z, N/, T/, R/). The aim of present work it was indicate that at same time with generally accepted methods of appreciation of tribal sires to be the necessity to use preferential alleles of B systems of blood groups. Ranking of 35 bulls were conducted by method analysis of dates of highest milk production of daughters investigated sires, by method of analysis of dates of milk production “daughters – contemporaries” and comparison highest milk production daughters at dependence from an inheritance of preferential alleles of B systems of blood groups. Indexes (dates) of productivity reduce an yield of milk to 1658 kg from 1 rank to 35; an fat of milk on 61.9; protein on 57.4; an live weight on 25 kg. It was established equally rank value of proved bulls by the first and second methods relatively. However the difference at milk production of daughters, having advantageous alleles compose from 112 to 908 kg of milk, accordingly change the place of proved bulls at rank line. For example, on production of daughters with “plus” alleles of B systems of blood group only sire Jery 6746 keep its place at rank line, but all others bulls change them rank. It is suggested to complete existing method of progeny test of sires by stock-taking of milk production of daughters, having preferences alleles of B-system of blood groups.
Keywords: appreciation of bulls on progeny test of descendants, breed of Sychevka and Red-and-White Holstein, genetic markers, alleles of B-system blood groups, preferences alleles.
