Summary. The article describes the effectiveness of NEELY (low-energy laser radiation) for the prevention of the spread of conditionally pathogenic microflora in the channel breast nipples of udder of cows. It is established, that a large percentage of re-emerging in the mammary gland infections account for interlactation period, especially in the first or the last two weeks. Cows before calving are in a state of stress, which makes them even more susceptible to new infections because of a weakened immune system. We evaluated the secret of the udder dry cows on the contents of somatic cells. For studies of the taken samples secret of every share of the udder, the investigation was carried out with 2% and 5% soluted mastidin and kenotest. All were selected 160 samples secret. The results of the research were determined by standard methods. From 30 cows, negatively reacting to the high content of somatic cells, were formed 2 groups of animals on 15 goals in each. Animals picked up on the yield of milk and fat content of milk in the previous lactation, the form of the udder. For breast udder of cows test group used NEELY with a nozzle for the focused radiation. The beam was directed to channel fetish and impact 15 seconds on each breast udder, without any external damages (wounds, scratches, cracks). When exposed to NEELY udder teat canal from 15 to 25 day field run percentage incidence of subclinical mastitis in 45 day dry period was 6.6% in the experimental group, whereas in the control group – 26.6%.
