Summary. This paper studies the reaction of green bean varieties by the elements of productivity on the biological preparations at preseeding treatment. The experimental part was done in the years 2009-2011 on the trial field of the laboratory of spring wheat and triticale named after Leontiev, chair of plants breeding, genetics and physiology in the agronomic faculty of Omsk State Agrarian University named after P.A.Stolypin. As objects of research were used the following: 7 varieties of green beans – Sekunda,Zolushka, Arishka (All-Russian Research Institute of Green Crop Breeding and Seed Farming, Moscow), Bona (Poland), Sisal (Germany), ZolotoSibiry (OSAU) and the variety of curly form Gold Mari (Germany), and 5 biological preparations – Novosil (natural stimulator of growth and development of plant), Rostok (natural humic preparation from turf), Baikal (based on soil microorganisms), Bean Strain (based on the bacterium Rhizobium phaseoli) and Planriz (bacteria preparation based on living cells of the culture Pseudomonas fluorescens). The experimental setup consisted of embodiments without treatment (control) and with treatment of seeds prior to sowing by biological preparations in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. A positive effect on the yield of green beans had biological preparations: Novosil, Rostok, and Baikal. The increase ranged from 9 to 35% compared with the control. The greatest influence on the seed yield of the studied varieties had preparations: Novosil, Rostok, Baikal and Strain. In comparison with the control variant the increase ranged from 4 to 17%. The data obtained allowto recommend the above preparations for practical application in the conditions of southern forest steppe of Western Siberia.
