Summary. The investigation's aim was studying the preparation Phytosporine-M,L's and bioactive fertilizers' effectiveness of SIE "BashInkom" during during seeds' pre- sowing treatment and in the vegetation period on spring wheat's growth, development and crop productivity during direct sowing in Republic of Bashkortostan's conditions. Field experiments on studying biopreparation's effectiveness on spring wheat of the sort Ekada 70 were conducted on GUSP fields of the sovhoz "Roshinsky" of the Sterlitamak district of Republic of Bashkortostan in 2011-2013. The experimental field's soil, leached chernozem. Humus content- 5,8%, phosphorus and potassium (according to Chirikov) - 91,1 and 130 mg/kg correspondently, pH 5,5. The investigations' results in average for 3 years displayed that seeds' treatment by the biopreparation Phytosporine-M,L in bow mixture contributed to crop productivity's and 1000 grains' mass's increasing by 0,31 t/ha and 3,85g correspondently as compared to control. As far as control variant is concerned its crop productivity was 2,32 t/ga, and 1000grains' mass was - 34,05g. Plants' treatment by the preparation Phytosporine-M in bow mixture with biologically activated fertilizations in tillering phase also rendered a positive effect on grain's quality. Wet glutenmass share was by 3,6% higher in the variant of plants' treatment by Phytosporine-M,L than in control. The given index in control was 30,0%. The investigations' results stated above allow to come to conclusions that seeds' treatment by the preparation Phytosporine-M (1 l/t) in combination with biologically activated fertilizers Borohum (0,2 l/t), Biopolymic Complex (0,2 l/t) and fungicide Clad (0,4 l/t) raise spring wheat's grain's crop oroductivity by 0,31 t/ga or 13,4%.
