Summary. Introduction of soy in the North-Western region and Kostroma area includes adaptation of plants of soy to the local weather-climatic terms. To promote stability of culture, and also providing stimulation of height and development of plants is possible due to application in technology of till of soy of growth regulators and microelement complexes. Thus, the aim of researches consists in the exposure of the potential productivity of sorts of soy of north ecotype and determination of efficiency of action of growthregulating preparations in the certain agroclimatic terms of the Kostroma area. In the made experiment by objects of studying soy grades Svetlaya, Mageva, Lantsetnaya and Svapa, and also growthstimulyator were: epin-extra (100 ml/t of seeds, 50 ml/hectare – processing the growing of plants), zircon (50 ml/t of seeds, 20 ml/hectare – on growing plants), selenat sodium (Na2SeO4) (full wetting of seeds in preseeding processing and spraying the growing of plants carried out solution 10-5), akvamiks-T and akvamiks (100 g/t of seeds, 0,5 kg/hectare – on growing plants). Processed soy seeds before crops and sprayed growing plants in the norms stated above. It is established that average productivity of culture of soy in the conditions of the Kostroma region for 2008-2010 was at the level of 1,6-1,9 t/hectare. Its greatest size characterized crops of grades of Lantsetnaya and Svapa. Due to application the growthstimulyating preparations it is possible to increase biological productivity of seeds of soy to 2,5 t/hectare. Plants of grades of soy Svetlaya and Mageva appeared the most sympathetic on action of growthstimulyator. More effective were epin-extra, zircon, selenat sodium and akvamiks-T. The increase of productivity of seeds of soy as a result of their application on grades made from 0,2 to 0,7 t/hectare.
