DECREASE IN SIZE OF DIRECT ENERGY CONSUMPTION WHEN PROCESSING SOIL

Summary. The purpose of the given researches is to increase the coupling properties of wheeled tractors of class 1,4 with axle arrangement 4x2. The increasing of the coupling weight is achieved by the redistribution the of weight from the front axle to the drive one due to the setting of the forward mounting. When the tractor of class 1,4 with universal frontal hydraulically operated equipment works, the added changing load develops , caused by the micro relief and changed physical and mechanical properties of the soil. To avoid the given load it is suggested to install the adjuster of the angle of penetration of the working unit of agricultural implements modularized by universal frontal hydraulically operated equipment which helps to control the coupling weight automatically. On this adjuster the patent for the invention №2497336 in 10.11.2013 was received. It was identified the dependency between slipping and specific fuel consumption of the machine-tractor unit with front linkage from the redistribution the coupling weight of the tractor. Using the machine-tractor unit with front linkage has reduced the slipping value to 17,75% and reduced fuel consumption to 7,11 liters per hectare, while the direct consumption has reduced from 533,35 megajaules per hectare.
