Summary. The objective of research – studying of the influence of organosilicon biopreparation “Cherkaz” for slaughter and meat quality, morphological composition and biochemical indices of blood of chicks. The experiments were performed in 2009 – 2012 years in the conditions of LLC “Rudnichnoe” Lipetsk region on 4 groups of birds. There were studied 3 dosages of the preparation – 100, 110 and 120 mg/kg of feed. The obtained results were compared with the control group where the bird was given the basic diet. By the end of the experience the slaughter live weight of chickens of the experimental group receiving in addition to the basic ration 100mg/kg of feed was higher than that of broilers in control for 107,2; 110 mg/kg – for 233g (P≥0,99); 120mg/kg –212,4 г (P≥0,95). The mass of the gutted carcass was higher as well respectively for 78,7 g; 179,4 g (P≥0,99) and 157,4 g (P≥0,95). The cutting broiler carcasses showed that the weght of breasts in the experimental groups was higher than that of chickens in control for 27,47 g; 57,67 g (P≥0,99); 52,38 g (P≥0,95) respectively. The mass of the broiler’s hip in the experimental groups was also higher than that of chickens in control group for 15,51 g; 33,43 (P≥0,99) and 29,04 g (P≥0,95). The studied morphological structure and biochemical indices if the blood under the influence of the preparation changed insignificantly thereby confirmed the high status of the body of bird. The additional tax (calculated on 1 broiler) amounted to: in the experimental group where the bird was given the preparation in the dose of 100 mg of feed - 4,74 r., 110 mg/kg – 13,12 r., 120 mg/kg – 11,54 r. The greatest economic effect was observed in chickens receiving additional to the diet the preparation dose 110 mg/kg of food.
