METHODOLOGY FOR THE CALCULATION OF THERMAL HEATING SYSTEMS OF VEHICLES

Summary. Efficient operation of the transmission issue in many papers, but none of the bottom not widely used in practice as a consequence of low efficiency. In this article the authors‘ goal was to develop a mathematical model of the heating system of vehicles. The article provides a method of thermal calculation, which is an integral part of the rationale of the system parameters heating vehicles, which is based on the use of the waste heat of the engine. To achieve this purpose, the authors have made the heat balance equation of the heating system in a transient state, each of the summands which allows to determine the thermal interaction of the system with a certain thermodynamic heating system using heat transfer equations known as Newton’s equation – Richman conditions for unsteady heat transfer equation for similarity stimulated coolant flow. The result of the methodology proposed by the authors calculate thermal heating system is the objective function – the average temperature of the fluid heating system , which depends on the temperature of the exhaust gases of the engine, their mass flow, heat loss from the surface of the heating system and the heat transferred from the gearboxes manual transmission vehicles. The resulting equation greatly simplifies the designing of heating systems of vehicles.
