PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY MEAT BULLS DIFFERENT GENOTYPES IN BREEDING ON THE BARD

Summary. Studies were conducted to study the comparative productivity and quality meat steers red steppe , Simmental and Kazakh white rocks in fattening on the bard . The structure of the diet bard took up to 73 % of the nutritional value of the diet. Gobies Simmental 15 months of age on live weight exceeded red step- tion to peers – 7,5% , Kazakh white - by 2,3%. Over the entire period of experience weight gain they amounted to 67,1 and 77,7 %, the always - as in bulls red steppe breed - only 66.7%. Average growth for at - fattening period was highest in the Kazakh white calves and amounted to 1225 g, 14,8 and 6,4% higher compared with red steppe and Simmental . Intensive rearing of calves studied in the genus yielded relatively heavy, well- muscled carcasses with a high yield . Carcass weight at slaughter steamy 15 -month age - those with red- steppe steers was 201,1 kg; simmentalskih – 221,4 and Kazakh white – 219,1 kg. Muscle mass was higher in steers Kazakh white and Simmental breeds compared with peers red steppe breed by 2,6 and 0,7 %. Kazakh white animals differs from high yield of nutrients in the fleshy part of the carcass. Compared with steers compared breeds have more protein synthesized 0,03 и 0,08%; fat 0,36 и 2,43%.
