INFLUENCE OF CUTTING PERIODS AND ROOT FORMATION REGULATORS ON OUTLET AND QUALITY OF ANNUAL CHERRY SEEDLINGS

Summary. Investigations were carried out in 2012-2013 in plastic film green-houses with automatic irrigation regulators. Preparation of cuttings of cherry varieties (Altaiskaya lastochka, Seliverstovskaya, Shadrinskaya) and elite forms (ВЧ 89-95-48 and ВЧ 89-95-53) of cerapaduses was carried out in early (phase of intensive shoots growth), middle (the beginning of attenuation of intensive growth) and late (attenuation of intensive growth) periods. Before planting cuttings were placed in water and solutions of indole butyric acid and preparation Kornerost. In degree of rooting only the variety-specimen Shadrinskaya refers to well-rooted specimen (53,4-61,0%) and the rest of them – to hardly rooted ones (from 0 up to 22,2%). The total output of the variety Shadrinskaya (75,4, 73,5 and 68,1%) and the part of standard seedlings (87,2, 83,3 and 79,8%) changed rather small according to cutting periods at the significant decrease of the part of the first trade variety (from 46,9 and 42,5 up to 31,1%) only in the late period, while output decrease of Altaiskaya lastochka (from 31,8 and 30,5 up to 20,6%) as well as the part of standard seedlings (from 80,0 and 75,4 up to 56,6%) is noticed at the late period of planting, and the first trade variety (from 37,6 up to 29,9 and 18,6%) – even at the middle period of planting. The greatest dependence of these indices from cutting period turned out to be at the variety specimen Seliverstovskaya, ВЧ 89-95-48 and ВЧ 89-95-53 – at the middle period the output decreased from 20,4-26,7 up to 7,5-10,9% and the part of standard seedlings as well as seedlings of the best quality even at the early period was only 50,5-76,0 and 12,0-25,8%, at the middle period – 33,3-54,2 and 6,2-10,7%. IBA and Kornerost in influence on rooting of cuttings and the quality of seedlings are equally valuable and ensure increase of the total output and the part of standard seedlings in 1,2-1,5 up to 5,9 times.
