PRESERVATION OF QUALITY OF MILK ENGINEERING METHODS

Summary. Hydrodynamic parameters in a milk flow in the milking mode and washing must be different. Areas with greater intensity scaling in washing mode must be at greater mechanical abrasion and areas with less intensity deposits – less. In existing milking machines it is not fulfilled. The purpose of research – show reserves increase washing efficiency of the milk to maintain milk quality on the example of the nozzle attachment to milk line. To calculate the dynamics of the formation and removal of pollution control volume method was used to solve the equations of two-phase fluid dynamics in the areas of complex shape (Naive-Stokes) in the free software Open FOAM (Open Field Operation and Manipulation). Constants k-ε turbulence model , as recommended by the researchers and the results of our experiments: Сμ = 0.09, Сε1 = 1.44, Сε2 = 1.92, σk = 1.0, σε = 1.3. The deflection angle of the nozzle axis normal to the axis of the milk takes two values – 30º0 and 0º. Pipe diameter – 40 mm. Inlet diameter – 16 mm. Mesh width – 0.56 m. Height of the net – 0.08 m. Spacing vertically – 0.008 m. Flow rate – 0.8 m/s . The number of iterations required for convergence of numerical modeling process – 140. Density placement points on the edges of the geometry of the computational domain – 1 mm. In the milk line to the tube fixing strength of the interaction with the walls of the flow at diametrically opposite points may differ by more than 50 times. The maximum difference between the intensities of interaction is more than 7 Pa. The prerequisites for the development of criteria for the forms surfaces flowing parts of milking machines in coordination parameters streams of milk and detergent solution. Using these criteria will improve the washing system and purity control of parts of milking machines, new forms of design details of milking machines, interacting with milk and detergent solution.
