Summary. Aim of this study was to investigate the meat productivity of broiler goslings using the feed additive Liv 52 Vet. The studies were performed in 2013 in terms of LLC «Plant Breeding» Makhalov» Kurgan Oblast on broiler goslings Italian White breed (400 goals). Term cultivation was 60 days (from June 11 to August 9). Goslings Broilers control group received the basic diet (OR), 1 pilot – OR with the addition of 150 g/t feed additive Liv 52 Vet, 2 pilot – OR and 200 g/t supplements experienced 3 – OR and 250 g/t supplements. Maximum slaughter weight was observed in the experimental groups at 4,01 – 8,71% (P ≤ 0,05) than in the control group. Exit evisceration of carcasses in the control and experimental groups 1 was practically the same in the 2 and 3 experience – tion control exceeded by 0,80 -1,30%. The ratio of the pectoral muscles to all the muscles in the control and experimental groups 1 did not differ and averaged 26,81 %. The difference between this indicator and the control line 2 and 3 experimental groups was 0,50 and 1,04 %, respectively, in favor of the experienced. There was a reduction of moisture in the muscle tissue of experimental groups of gosling. By the number of fat in muscle tissue bird control and experimental groups did not differ significantly, but the content of protein in the thoracic muscles experimental groups were superior to control 0,10 – 1,62% (P ≤ 0,05), in the femoral – 0,14 – 0,58%. Energy nutritional femoral muscles more in goslings broiler experimental groups compared with the control by 1,50 – 6,32 %. Thus, goslings chickens, feed consumed as part of Liv 52 Vet at a dose of 250 g/t were of high meat productivity and had a higher content of protein and high energy value of muscle tissue. Introduction to goslings feed for broiler feed additive Liv 52 Vet helped to reduce feed consumption per unit of production, profits increase, that allow to increase profitability production of goose meat at 1,27 – 5,34%.
