Summary. Studied the mechanism of action of anti-stress citrate lithium in terms of the application of the chickens in an experimental model of technological stress, including intradermal injection of 0.1 ml of a 70% solution of turpentine. Study of primary studies included in the development of ulcerative stress reaction – plasma lipid peroxidation and blood antioxidant defense system . Investigations were carried out on chickens with different stress sensitivity to study depending pharmacological effect of lithium citrate on the individual characteristics of the nervous system of birds. For information about the dynamics of change indicators in turpentine research trials conducted on the intact bird before the stress test sensitivity in chickens with known stress sensitivity. The second study was conducted in 30 minutes after the turpentine test to evaluate the effects of exposure of the primary stimulus, a sample of turpentine . Recent studies of blood plasma was carried out a day after setting the sample. This period corresponds to the time readings of the reaction , manifested in stress -susceptible chickens significant development of local adaptation syndrome in an aseptic inflammation at the site of turpentine soreness . We stress resistant chickens this stage accompanied by a reduction of inflammation . As a result, found that one of the key mechanisms of action of lithium citrate when using chickens as a stress protector is to suppress the activation of lipid peroxidation. In the stress – sensitive chickens codes geptan faze primary oxidation products under the action of lithium citrate below 60% izopropanol faze lipoperoxide 86 % , intermediate products , respectively 21 and 93 %, in the stress-resistant chickens , respectively 58% , 2-fold , 8 % and 2.6 times . Under the action of lithium citrate changes overall chronological nature of lipid peroxidation, by pronounced inhibition of the nervous system associated with a change in metabolism and transport of monoamines in the experiment expressed in birds treated with lithium citrate, in the absence of lipid peroxidation within 30 minutes after intradermal injection of turpentine, in contrast to the control group of chickens which occurs immediately activation of lipid peroxidation. Anti-stress effect of the drug is most effective when applied stress – sensitive birds.
