Summary. Investigations were carried out to investigate the effect dried apple marcs on ethological features piggery-suckers and weanlings. The control group received the top dressing and ration adopted at the farm. Piglets groups 2 and 3 the suckling period part in feeding on the 5 and 10% was replaced nutritionally dried apple marc, while weaners in the ration-by 10 and 15%. Studies have shown that ethological features of piglets during the suckling and postweaning periods is largely determined by the condition feeding animals and primarily feed features included in the top dressing and feed ration. In the suckling period (45 days) in the young group index 2 receiving food and water was higher than in the control 0.008 and 0.024 for group 3, and the index of motor activity, respectively, below 0.016 and 0.042. In weaners period (90 days), there is a similar trend, but the difference between the control and experimental groups was already less significant. The largest percentage of active animals in the control group-21.2%, with an average activity-in the third group-69.8%, and passive-18.2% in the control group and the second group. Thus, the partial replacement of concentrate feed dried apple marcs, contributes to a better uniformity of technological groups ethological features.
