MAGNETICALLY OPERATED FLUID IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS PULSATOR OF MILKING MACHINE'S

Summary. As follows from the description of our proposed adaptive milking machine for cows, the source of the generated pulses of vacuum pressure in it – hydrostabilized pulsator, as a working environment in which it is proposed to use a magnetic fluid. Therefore, the purpose and objectives of the research: study structural and regime parameters of the hydraulic system pulsator with the influence of his work of magnetically fluid and the availability magnetic fields of different strength. Mathematical modeling workflow and magnetic system of the pulsator equations are obtained, which characterizing the rate of spillover of a magnetic fluid based on local resistance, coefficient «local» resistance areas of concentration of the magnetic fluid under the influence of the magnetic field and the magnetic field strength at the reference point lying on the axis of the solenoid. Methodology for experimental studies involve testing the depending pulsation frequency of the pulsator from the vacuum pressure, cross-sectional area of the annular channel and the current strength in the solenoid. The experiment established that the received data accurately enough may be represented as an empirical equation, adequate mathematical model. Found that when using solenoids made of copper wires of 1∙10-6 m2, length 4,5∙10-2 m; internal diameter of 0,7∙10-2 m, external diameter 4,5∙10-2 m and the number of turns 595, to reduce the pulsation frequency of the pulsator from 60 to 40 pulse/min, enough the current strength 4 A. Testing of milking machine on the dairy complex «Agro – Streletskoye» Belgorod region for three months showed that it reduces the incidence of udder of mastitis 18 ... 22%. Annual economic effect of the milking machine, taking into account the total cost and completeness of milking, on the 241 head is 464,892.57 rubles, and per one head – 1929.01 rubles.
