Summary. For realization of the target set were chosen pharmacological drugs with respect to the nature of the changes of metabolic processes in piglets able postnatal immaturity. To determine the effect on an organism of pigs we used separately Riboflavin, vikasol, amber acid potassium and their joint application. For these purposes after piglets weaning at the site of their growing in the sector «pig-Bali» we formed 5 groups with 15 units in each among the postnatal immature animals at the age of 26 days: 1-control; 2 – feeding vikasol 0.3 g per animal per day; 3 – feeding Riboflavin in a dose of 2.5 mg per unit per day; 4 – amber acid potassium in a dose of 0,125 g/kg body weight per day; 5 – feeding vikasol 0.3 g, Riboflavin 2.5 mg per animal per day, amber acid potassium 0.125 g/kg body weight per day. All the drugs used in a mix with forage, as a supplement to the basic ration. The highest efficiency was established in the fifth group of pigs fed drugs in the complex. The effect was observed for 18 days of use of the preparation, and for 21 days the body weight of the animals was in the range of 7.8±0.31 kg, the average increase was 20.8±0.26 g, safety was 93.3% and all 100,0% of the surviving pigs exit from the state of postnatal immaturity that has appeared more than in control group, respectively 42.8; 133,1; 40,0 and 87.5%. Indicators of metabolic processes in this group of animals were closer to those of the Mature piglets. Consequently the level content of dry substances in blood was 98,0, total protein – 95,5, albumin – 94,4, globulin – 102,2, glucose – 96,3, glycogen – 96,5, total lipids – 96,8, total cholesterol – 95,7, lactic acid -104, NEFA -103,2, ATPases – 97,2, ascorbic acid – 93,2, Riboflavin -100,6% from the value of similar indices in Mature animals at this age.
