Results of the study of state agricultural edge testify to its insufficient (4,3 bn. rubles average for 2008-2012), Structural imperfections (the bulk of the state support of agriculture edge comes from the federal budget, stimulating lending takes more than 40% of the total allocations), which does not provide the conditions for the effective functioning of the agricultural sector of the Stavropol Territory.
