INFLUENCE NITROGEN NUTRITION LEVEL AHD TRACE ELEMENTS ON EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF WINTER WHEAT IN THE NORTHERN MIDDLE VOLGA

Summary. To solve the problem of providing high quality grain held on the experience of seven varieties of winter wheat varieties variety breeding centers: Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture – Kazanskaya 560, Kazanskaya 285 , Hope, Kazanskaya 84, Durinа ; Samara Agricultural Research Institute – Bezenchukskaya 380 Moscow Agricultural Research Institute – Moscowskaya 39 (factor A) with N fertilization (factor B) and drug Akvarin5 (factor C). Work carried out in a field experiment in 2011-2013 gray forest soil Predvolzhskoy zone of Tatarstan. The possibility of forming conditions of the republic of Tatarstan grain with high rheological and baking quality. Spring application of nitrogen in the form of ammonium nitrate resulted in increased yields by an average of 20%. Akvarin5 drug during processing in the tillering stage of crop yields increased by 4.3% or 0.21 t / ha in the background with a nitrogen fertilizing. Nitrogen applied in early spring can increase the volume of the resulting bread (5.9%) and total score baking assessment. The maximum increase in bread volume was observed in varieties of Kazanskaya 285, the minimum grade in Kazanskaya 84. Drug treatment Akvarin5 allows to further increase the total score of the baking variety evaluation to values corresponding to strong wheat.
