Summary. The transformation of the herds of cattle breeding methods aimed at achieving maximum yields, increase fat and protein content of the milk. Reduced reproductive qualities and productive longevity of cows reverse side of this process. The degree of severity of individual articles for building exterior milk yield and duration of use of cows requires justification. The aim of the research is to study the influence of exterior signs, including fatness on productive longevity at the stall system of detention and the same feeding milk cows. Rating fatness cows in the herd allows you to control the usefulness of feeding on the one hand, the other to identify the most desirable (constitutional type) for a more active involvement in the selection process for the improvement of the breed.
