Summary. Research experiments were conducted on the basis of plemzavod SEC « Lenin’s Testament « on Yanaul Alsheevsky district of Bashkortostan in the period from 2009 to 2012 . Simmental bulls on different exterier – constitutional types. For this purpose, the number of cows were divided into 3 groups according to their body types : Group 1 – animals stretched type , 2nd – medium type and the third – the compact , which subsequently of their offspring was formed according to the type of mothers 3 experimental groups of 20 bulls in each goal .Meat production sets the experimental animals for slaughter results of the control after the production and feeding by 3 heads of each group. Slaughter bulls experimental performed by conventional methods .Bulls compact type characterized by the maximum mass -slaughter 504,8 ± 3,58 kg, while stretched 447,2 ± 2,27 kg. In experimental animals fluctuations mass pair carcasses ranged from 241,6 ± 2,33 kg carcass yield 54.03 % to 282,4 ± 3,82 kg and 55.9 %.Fluctuations on slaughter weight were from 253,2 ± 2,53 kg bulls stretched type to 299,7 ± 4,64 kg of their peers from the group of compact type .On carcass yield difference was 2.75% in favor of the bulls of the third group of compact type .At intensive cultivation of Simmental bulls considering exterier – constitutional type , it is possible to obtain high productivity with slaughtering meat yield from 57 % to 60% of the bulls of different genotypes.
