THE DOMINANT FACTORS OF PRODUCTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL LABOR IN THE CONDITIONS OF WTO

Summary. Problems of growth of labor productivity in the agricultural sector all the more acute because of the entry of Russia into the WTO and the low efficiency of production. In this paper, a systematic factors affecting the level of labor productivity, defined dominant that under the circumstances, can achieve high efficiency of labor and production. Research on materials of the Smolensk region has shown that it is necessary to stimulate pro-labor productivity due to systematic government support and smooth the disparity in prices for agricultural and industrial products, which will compensate for the withdrawal of funds from the industry through the mechanism of price relationships. Estimates obtained by using economic and mathematical model to optimize resource potential show that profit margins in the area Rudnyansky Smolensk region could reach 69.2 million. Rubles, that in 7,6 times higher than the actual level, and profitability index reached 28.1% . The use of econometric modeling, economic and statistical methods possible to determine that the increase in the average monthly wage per employee per 1 thousand. Rub. allows you to increase the size of the gross profit per employee in the agricultural organizations by 4.5 thousand. rub. Specific forms of indirect economic incentives for employees of agricultural enterprises is the social development and engineering infrastructure of rural areas, which today is at a very low level. Deep specialization and rational production structure makes it possible to increase the efficiency of labor and production 1.5-2.5 times. Flexible budget support, optimization of industrial structure and the development of industries based on maximizing productivity and employee motivational activity to detect significant reserves of growth of labor efficiency and development priorities in the region.
