IMPROVEMENT OF THE WAGE SYSTEM IN DAIRY CATTLE BREEDING

Summary. The efficiency of the agricultural organizations increases with growth of employees interested in the final results of production. Such a motivation is provided by the system of remuneration. The study is the existing system of remuneration of employees of LLC «Rudnya livestock complex located in Rudnya the district of Smolensk region. In order to improve the organization of wage workers, we examined a new way of payroll in dairy cattle: for permanent workers approve relevant to their qualification ranges wage categories, within which will be paid for their work by the job or time-based. Rate of the first category should not be below the level of the minimum wage approved by the authorities (01.01.2014, the minimum wage amounted 5554 rubles). The rates of the following bits are defined taking into account the financial capabilities of each sector. Applying the proposed tariff net wages of the working livestock II category will be 9997 rubles, which is 36% more than under the current system of remuneration. To motivate employees in the final results of the farm activities recommended by the remuneration system linked to the value of the fodder consumption per 1 kg of milk. For the maximum level of this indicator was adopted plan – 108 fodder units, minimal best rate in the area is 90. As reduced feed consumption, annual payroll employees cattle increases with 4203,6 thousand rubles to 4460,3 thousand rubles, thereby operate progressively-increasing prices for 1 kg of milk and the head of the litter. In addition to payment at the rates recommended by the awarding of farm workers for the reduction of other costs in the amount of 50% of the amount of savings. Accrued prize between workers distributed proportionally received during the year wages.
