Summary. The article presents results of studying of the influence of bacterial preparations (Rhizotorfine, Rhizoаgrin, Mizorin) and growth regulators (Sodium humate derived from peat, Albit) on forage productivity of fodder galega (Galega orientalis Lam.), agroenergy and economic evaluation of its application is given. The aim of the investigation was to improve the technology of the culture cultivation by development of methods for increasing its productive potential, more effective use of biological nitrogen, and also by stimulations of growth and exchange processes. The plan of the experiment included 9 combinations of bacterial preparations and growth regulators and one control without inoculation. Field and laboratory researches were carried out in 2006-2010 on grey forest soils of the subtaiga zone of Tomsk region (Western Siberia) under conditions of sharply continental climate. Studied preparations promoted productive potential of perennial feed legume by means of increase in assimilatory surface 1.5…2.0 times and size of symbiotic complex – 2.6…3.4 times. At that the content of raw protein in a feed increased by 2.1…3.4 %, provision of fodder units by digestible protein in the main mowing – up to 151…164 g (the control is 139 g), and in the in aftergrass – up to 120…134 g (the control is 109 g). The additional application of potassium humate against the background of biopreparations provided stable high indices on these parameters (content of raw protein – 21 and 18 % in dry matter, content of digestible protein in the first cutting – 157-165 g/fodder unit, in the second cutting – 131…135 g/fodder unit. All studied combinations of bacterial and growth stimulating preparations increased the productivity of green mass by 16…21 %, the output of digestible protein – at 22…36 % and exchange energy – at 19…23 %. The maximum increase in protein yield (1149 kg/ha) and exchange energy (62.5 GJ/ha) with the lowest cost of protein (185 rub/cwt) and fodder units (29 rub/cwt) obtained in variant with the combination of Rhizotorfine, Rhizoаgrin and sodium humate from peat.
