ALTERNATIVE VARIANTS OF TECHNIQUES AND MEANS FOR PRODUCTION OF GRAIN IN THE CONDITIONS OF SIBERIA

Summary. The purpose of researches - working out of alternative variants of techniques and structures mashino-traktonogo park for various types of commodity producers depending on level of their resource security and concrete soil-climatic conditions. For a choice of this or that variant of techniques of cultivation of crops it is necessary and to evaluate enough productivity of this culture and working costs to its production. Productivity of a crop is defined by type of technique and intensification level. For definition of magnitude of working costs for production of a concrete crop it is necessary to justify structure mashino - a fleet of tractors and to define the common working costs for production of all crops in the concrete agricultural enterprise. For a justification of structure of mashino-tractor park of the agricultural enterprise we develop a special method of open scanning of variants of annual complexes of field work. Unlike known techniques of a justification of structure mashino - a fleet of tractors, this method allows to receive integer values of necessity in the technician and supposes alternative variants of decisions. The program complex in an automatic regime produces flowcharts for production of crops in the given agricultural enterprise with different level of working costs depending on level of an intensification of techniques. As a result of the spent researches alternative variants of techniques and structure of mashino-tractor park for production of grain crops in a South forest-steppe zone of Siberia are received. Transition from classical to the intensive «know-how» of grain on base plowings to intensive technique on the basis of a minimum soil cultivation allows to lower amount of machines as a part of mashino-tractor park (tractors, combines and farm machines) with 121 to 44 (almost three times), cost mashino-traktonogo park from 123 million roubles to 100 million roubles (on 20 %), cost of working costs from 34,6 million roubles to 26,9 million roubles (on 22 %), necessity of tractors К-744Р3 with 7 to 3 pieces (in 2,3 times).
