APPLICATION OF REMOTE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES FOR PLANNING EFFECTIVENESS INCREASE OF AGRICULTURAL WORKS

Summary. Scheduling of works is one of the most important tasks at production management, including agricultural. It is caused by the fact that all management decisions are aimed at the future, meanwhile it is important to define what will occur, if those or other decisions are made. The purpose of our work is the increase in efficiency of planning and economic analysis of requirement of an agriculture enterprise in provision of scheduled works by resources (machine-servicers, equipment, agricultural machinery, etc.) during output of products of crop production. On the basis of remote access technologies in Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Siberian Physico-Technical Institute the technique was developed, which enables to form automated technological charts, serving as the basis for scheduling in agriculture enterprises. The web-application «Automated formation of technological charts» (AFTC) was developed on base of this technique. It corresponds the network system of decision support for scheduling at production of plant growing produce, which is realized as dynamic web-pages, which enable to carry out the interaction between the user, forming technological chart and the database. The system does not require a special skills or abilities from the user, except knowledge of software and Internet-browser use. The tests were carried out on the base of a farm in Novosibirsk region, and technological charts were formed for two technologies of spring wheat production for conditions of the farm. The calculations and the comparative analysis of extensive and resources-economy technologies were carried out. It was determined that at intensive technology the operating and amortization costs are higher by 1.5 and 7.3%, correspondingly. While POL expenditures are lower by 26%, remuneration of labor–by 10.9%, requirements in machine-servicers–by 40%, production price–by 47.3%. The results obtained testify that the web-application «AFTC» enables to schedule works and analyze economically the requirements of an agriculture enterprise during the process of plant growing production.
