Summary. The identification of leaf rust resistance genes of common wheat Lr39 and Lr50 in a synthetic hexaploid Triticum miguschovae Zhir. (GGAtAtDD) was carried out. This hexaploid includes the genomes of two wild species Triticum militinae Zhuk. (AG) and Aegilops tauschii (Coss.) Schmalh. (D). We also studied 93 lines derived from crosses of the synthetic form with susceptible varieties of common winter wheat Bezostaya1 and Kavkaz. The studied samples were evaluated for resistance to leaf rust under the field conditions. T. miguschovae showed full immunity (type of reaction 0) to the disease. Introgression lines varied from highly resistant (type of reaction 01 and 1) to susceptible ones (type of reaction 3 and 4). With the use of molecular markers the synthetic form T. miguschovae and introgressive lines of common wheat obtained on its base were screened for the presence of markers linked to leaf rust resistance genes Lr39 and Lr50. These markers (GDM35 and Xbarc124b, Xgwm382 and Xgdm87) were identified in the synthetic form T. miguschovae. The highly efficient gene Lr39 was not detected in any of the 93 lines. The partially effective Lr50 gene was identified in 39 lines. Among these lines, 5 lines show low leaf rust resistance. This indicates a possible loss of the effectiveness by the gene Lr50 in these lines. Lines with high resistance to leaf rust, which did not carry genes Lr39 and Lr50, were detected. Perhaps these lines carry other leaf rust resistance genes, different to Lr39 and Lr50.
