Summary. . In order to identify the promising source material for common wheat breeding 21 introgression lines with genetic material of Ag. glaucum was studied on resistance to diseases, technological grain quality and productivity elements. The investigations were carried out 2008-2013 on the base of the P.P. Lukyanenko Krasnodar Research Institute of Agriculture (Krasnodar). Sixteen lines showed resistance to leaf rust. The lines D17, D31, D33, D37, D39 and D41 have high resistance: type of reaction to the infection is 01. Twenty lines were resistant to yellow rust; D12, D17, D27 lines were pertained to high resistant ones. Eleven lines demonstrated resistance to powdery mildew. It was revealed lines with group resistance to leaf and yellow rusts and powdery mildew: D1, D 12, D15, D17, D37, D41. Eleven lines were evaluated for protein and gluten content, gluten and baking qualities. The D1, D15, D31 lines have high content of protein: 18.1, 16.7, 17.2%, respectively. Six lines (D7, D23, D25, D37, D49 and D53) with the first group of gluten were selected. Seven lines (D7, D21, D23, D25, D29, D37, D49) with higher baking qualities, than in the recipient cultivar Aurora (4.4 points), were selected. Four lines: D12, D23, D27, D49, significantly exceeded the Aurora variety (364.1 g) on the mass of grains from 1 square meter. The greatest sizes of this rate were noted in the D23 and D27 lines (539.0 g and 566.1 g, respectively). The obtained results indicate the possibility of combining of good technological grain quality with resistance to diseases and with other agronomic traits in introgression lines.

Keywords: introgression lines of common wheat, Ag. glaucum, resistance to diseases, technological quality of grain, productivity.
