Summary. The investigation were carried out to develop the main directions of the innovative development allowing to provide per capita consumption of the main food stuff up to 100 percent of medical norm. For this purpose we analyzed the condition of agroindustrial production; worked out the main directions of the innovative development and perspective directions of interregional and intergovernmental food links of Siberian regions up to 2020. The innovative scenario of economic behavior pattern of the regions envisages the determination of the zones of the leading territorial development of agriculture in the Siberian Federal District, the lines of development in the fields of crop production and animal husbandry, as well as the directions of the state support in view of meeting the requirements of the WTO. The zones of the leading territorial development were recommended for durum and soft wheat, winter rye, buckwheat, millet, beef cattle-breeding, sheep breeding, poultry breeding and other crops and branches. The great attention during the formation of state support for Siberia should be paid for the «green basket», lesser–to the «yellow basket» and then–to the «blue one». Research institutes of the Siberian Division of agrarian science developed specific innovative projects in the field of crop production and animal husbandry. For instance, the implementation of the innovative project «The System of Production of Rape Seeds and their Processing in Novosibirsk Region on the Basis of Variety Development, Cultivation Technologies, Preparation, Storage and Usage of Feeds» will allow the rape to become a worthy competitor to sunflower and soybean in the nearest future. The expected economic effect from the realization of this project in Novosibirsk region is going to be from 2000 to 4500 rubles/ha. In the perspective trends of interregional and intergovernmental food connections depending on the types of food products some concrete Siberian regions-suppliers and regions (countries) – recipients are listed. On the basis of the realization of technological and socio-economic measures outlined in the article, the production of grain will be equal to 18.5 m tons to 2020, the volume of consumed grain–17.3 m tons, the export will be equal to 1.2 m tons. The analogous parameters are determined for potato. Vegetables, milk, meat (in the slaughter weight) and eggs.
