Summary. The necessary condition for the development of modern horticulture is mechanization of technological processes; and the creation of competitive technique is impossible without quality management in accordance with standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In the article scientific and technical and methodological principles of quality management in the system of machine technology for the intensive horticulture are presented. The authors advanced the conceptual thesis: the effective and successful problem solution of production of gardening equipment in the format of “Unit Production” is possible by artificial increase in the system complexity and active management of stages of a life cycle. This conception is implemented at development and realization of core model called “Industrial machine technologies for intensive gardening” (the model “InTech”). It provides for expansion of functional using of the development equipment by used principle of module forming of technique; renunciation of development of specific one-operating implements and machine technologies; renunciation of traditional mechanical drives for labor bodies and using of controllable electric drive. CASL-technologies is the most effective method for realization of the system “InTech” model, including the most diverse parameters, which provides uniform description and interpretation of data, independent of place and time of its obtaining, which has scales up to global one. Very important aspect of its application is their direct connection with the standards of the series ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, which enables to provide resource saving and ecological safety at the stage of the design of machine technologies for the intensive gardening. Such approach makes it possible to provide further certification of the designing machine technologies for intensive gardening according to ISO 9000 standards.
