TECHNOLOGY OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX – QUALITATIVE SERVICE

Summary. The decrease in the technical potential of the Russian agro-industrial complex due to the reduction and significant ageing of machine-and-tractor fleet has specific requirements to ensure its functionality through a well-organized network of technical service. In Novosibirsk region currently the average age of equipment is: 13.4 years for tractors, 11.7 years for combine harvesters, 9 years for forage harvesters. The part of machines older than 10 years is respectively 81.1, 63.7% and 28.4%. High readiness of equipment can be supported through the regional system of ensuring the efficiency of agricultural machinery (SEEM). The aim of the research was to develop a method of ensuring high readiness of equipment for its effective use with the application of SEEM. The proposed structure of SEEM provides for the diverse service options for consumers at the level of farm, district and region. To reduce the complexity of calculation of parameters of the regional SEEM it was proposed a standard-calculation method, according to which the parameters can be determined for model technical service clusters of a farm and district. The parameters for the model levels are corrected taking into account the main actual indices in the zone, served by one or another level of the system. These indicators include: the volume of mechanized work, the intensity of the demand for maintenance and repair of parts, components and aggregates, qualification of mechanics of the service area. It is represented the notions of model levels of the farm and district, for which we calculate the parameters of the SEEM and then the transition to the actual level (districts, farms) using coefficients for the specific service area. The proposed standard-calculation method of calculation of parameters of the SEEM was implemented in Novosibirsk region.
