Summary. It is proposed a power-engineering complex, which uses by-product coal in the form of water-carbon fuel, for the utilization of biowaste of animals. It is realized the idea about the expedient combination of technological processes of the production of thermal energy, utilization of animal biowaste and by-product coal by using the vortex adiabatic furnace, which works on water-carbon fuel, produced from by-product coal. The main advantages of the developed method of thermal utilization are high efficiency of the vortex adiabatic furnace (85-88%) with the work on the by-product coal; the low cost of basic fuel, ensuring specific expenditures for obtaining 1 Gcal (on the fuel) at the level of 150 rub.; the required temperature level in the furnace is 1050-1100 degrees; ecological safety. For the complete thermal utilization of animal biowaste with the initial humidity up to 70% it will be required the ratio of water-carbon fuel to animal biowaste up to 3:1. Its reduction up to (1.1-1.2):1 can be ensured by thermal drying of animal biowaste to 45-50%. The use of such method of utilization additionally makes it possible to solve problems on increase in energy-effectiveness of thermal energy production, resource-saving (the substitution of quality fuel by by-product coal), rational use of natural resources (the reduction of the discharge of harmful substances in the biosphere is 1.5 times and the increase in agricultural land are due to recultivation of territories, occupied for storage of by-product coal).
Keywords: technological complex, coal-water fuel, boiler-room, by-product coal, utilization, cattle-breeding complex.
