METHOD FOR ASSESSMENT OF OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF LED LIGHTING SYSTEM AT THE FLOOR HOUSING OF POULTRY

Summary. The system of LED lighting created by lights in parallel lines oriented in longitudinal direction of a poultry-house is considered. The solution method was proposed for the task of uniform LED lighting of the large area necessary at the floor housing of poultry. It was shown that this task can be solved on the base of physical simulation at the computer implementation of calculations of lighting created by all LEDs distributed by lights in the lines. The obtained relationships between geometric sizes of poultry-house and a coefficient of irregularity of lighting are used for optimization of parameters that affect the quality of lighting and power consumption. The proposed method was applied for the assessment of optimal parameters of the real system of LED lighting of the large area. So for the poultry-house with dimensions 78m x 18m four lines of lamps can be replaced by three ones. Computer calculations of illumination in the transverse direction (in the transition of the objective function through zero) the optimal values were estimated: the number of LEDs, distributed over 117 lamps instead of 160 used lamps, the coefficient of unevenness of lighting is 1.047 for the distance between the lines in 7.83 m. The calculations used the parameters of the new luminaire design with the location of the LEDs on the ends of boards, which makes them more compact arrangement and therefore increases the uniformity of illumination of the working surface. In this case, the value of the optimal number of LEDs in the poultry-house corresponds to 1818 W power consumption, which is 40.8% less than the actual power consumption.
