Summary. The article presents study materials on blood groups of Black-and-White cattle in Khabarovsk Krai. The aim of this work was to conduct a comparative analysis of the frequency of antigenic factors of blood groups and genetic similarities of Black-and-White cattle in farms in Khabarovsk Krai to apply obtained data in the breeding work. Antigenic composition of red blood cells of 13916 animals from 12 farms was determined. The analysis of the distribution of antigenic factors was carried out, which revealed on average high frequency of antigens A2, G2, G3, Y2, Q’, C1, C2 E, W, X2 F and H’ and low frequency of Z’, P, T2, B’, B’’, H’’, U and U’’. High level of genetic similarity between herds of farms “Krasnorechenskoe” and “Verinskoe” (0.9461 ± 0.0056) was revealed, that was associated with the use of semen of the same or close in the origin bulls. Minimum genetic similarity was established between the herds from “LazomolAgro” and “Kotikovo” (0.7401 ± 0.0430). Based on the data of genetic distances between the studied groups a dendrogram was constructed, the analysis of which showed that all the studied herds formed two clusters. One cluster was simple and included three farms: “Poletnoe”, “Khorpinskoe” and “Kotikovo. Another cluster was complex and involved nine other enterprises: “Vostochnoe”, “Avangard”, “LazomolAgro”, “Krasnorechenskoe”, “Verinskoe”, “Khorskoe”, “Roshchino”, “Garovskoe” and “Sergeevskoe”. Indicators of genetic similarity and genetic distances, as well as cluster analysis of the dendrogram can help in search of perspective crosses of animals.
