Summary. It is represented the monitoring data of soil fertility of arable land over the cycles of agrochemical survey over the period since 1964 to 2012 and on January 1st, 2016. We showed the dynamics of the following soil fertility parameters: the content of humus, mobile phosphorus, exchange potassium, sulfur and trace elements, exchange acidity pH(KCl). The humus content decreased by 0.4% for the investigation period, because of insufficient application of organic fertilizers. The increase in the average weighted amount of mobile phosphorus in the soil on 51 mg/kg is due to the phosphorite application at the dose about 1.7 t/ha of ground phosphate at poor soils, as well as due to the application of sufficient doses of phosphorus-containing mineral fertilizers in the IV, V and VI cycles of the survey, when the intensity of the balance of this element was 278, 266 and 318%, correspondingly. There were not significant changes in the average weighted content of potassium over the cycles of the agrochemical survey, but it was registered the decrease in the fraction of soils with higher its content and insufficient application of potassium fertilizers. From III to VI cycles the potassium balance was positive with the intensity 102-124%; the following years it became distinctly negative: in 2015 it was minus 50 kg/ha of arable land, the intensity was 42%. The weighted average content of exchange potassium preserves at the same level due to the high content of its total forms in chernozems. Liming of acid soil decreased soil acidity (pH(KCl)) by 0.1 units from I to XII cycles. Calculations of the balance of nutrients and calcium show that they are not fully replenished. If the applications of chemicals stay at a low level, chernozem degradation will be inevitable.
