Summary. Agrochemical monitoring of soil fertility carried out by FGBU Station of agrochemical service “Belogorskaya” from 1964 to 2015 in the Northern and Central agricultural zones, enables to reveal the dynamics of changes in the status of agricultural land and in indicators of their fertility. All analytical studies were carried out in the accredited laboratory of FGBU Station of agrochemical service “Belogorskaya”. The content of mobile phosphorus and mobile potassium was determined by Kirsanov’s method in the modification of the Central Research Institute of Agrochemical Service (GOST Р54650-2011), of organic matter (humus) – according to GOST 26213-91, pH(KCl) – according to the method of the Central Research Institute of Agrochemical Service (GOST 26483-85). According to the results of the complete agrochemical survey of soils from 1998 to 2015, it was registered the increase in the average values of soil acidity from 4.9 to 5.1 pH units. The greatest value of mobile phosphorus content was noted in the sixth cycle of the survey – 53 mg/kg in the Central zone and 74 mg/kg in the North one. Since the nineties of the last century, the input of this element in the soil decreased several times. In this regard, in the ninth cycle of the survey, there was a decrease in the weighted average content of mobile phosphorus by 75%. The dynamics of humus content are less weak. The weighted average value of this parameter varies from 2.3% (VII cycle, Svobodny district) to 4.5% (IX cycle, Oktyabrsky and Mazanovsky districts). In general, the examined soils are low-humic. Parent rocks of Amur region are highly provided with mobile potassium. Therefore, as a result of agricultural use, even without application of mineral fertilizers, the natural replenishment of this element occurs. Overall, at the present stage, there is a reduced supply of the examined soil by phosphorus, it was registered an increase in the proportion of acidic soils. However, obtaining of the maximum yields is possible with the use of mineral and organic fertilizers.
