Summary. The article presents the investigation results of problems of land relation improvement of subjects of agrarian sphere economy from the point of view of order and conditions of land use in agriculture. The concentration of land resources can be done by different ways: in terms of common property, inclusion of land share into authorized capital or share fund, inclusion of a right of use of the earth into authorized capital of agricultural production cooperative, purchase of the plot allocated on account of a land share, attraction on terms of a life annuity or permanent alimony. Various categories of subjects of agribusiness can have land relations according to the modern legislation, namely: farms of the population, peasant economies and farms, middle and large integrated and cooperated collective farms, government institutions, carrying on both commodity economy and concentrating the earth for purposes, not connected with the agricultural production. In order to regulate the use of the land as the property, it is expedient to make lease contracts with all categories of land owners according to the identical scheme. The costs of a land plot (on account of the land share) in the area of 6.5 hectares will be in total 32,000 rubles with the costs for registration, and the costs of rent will be 3,300 rubles in a year. That is the registration of the rented plots in large quantities is much more profitable from the economic point of view than registration of a land share by the shareholder individually.
