Abstract. As part of the Program for the Development of Aquaculture in the Russian Federation for 2015–2020, the production of fish planting material of carp should increase from 11,365 tons (in 2012) to 14571 tons (by 2020). The inclusion of biologically active humic compounds in feeds adapts hatchlings to stresses, helps to reduce their deaths and morbidity, and increases growth rates. The aim of this work was to analyze the effectiveness of increasing the survival rate and growth rates of carp fry by using a standard fodder for their growing, enriched with Gumiton. Gumiton is a liquid product with 1% humic acids and 0.32% fulvic acids, which also includes macro-, microelements, amino acids and vitamins. A laboratory experiment was conducted in the Siberian Research Institute of Agriculture and Peat in 2017. The work used 1110 carp hatchlings (Cyprinus carpio) of local breeding with the initial weight of 85.7 ± 0.6 mg produced by OOO “Belovskoe Rybnoe Khozyajstvo” of Kemerovo Region. The fish were fed with a balanced dry feed ‘Coppens Advanсе’ 12 times a day using automatic feeders during 6 weeks. The control group received only dry feed ‘Coppens Advanсе’ (feed 1), and experimental ones – the feed, enriched with Gumiton. For that, a thin layer of feed was sprayed with Gumiton solution from the calculation of humic acid content 0.005% of the weight of feed (feed 2) and 0.1% (feed 3), followed by drying the treated feed at room temperature. Daily use of enriched fodder contributed to an increase in survival by 12.2–16.6%, compared with the control (71.7%). In the control fish, the weight gain was 145.3 mg, in the experimental groups it was 244.5–245.6 mg, the length increase was 4.6 and 7.0–7.7 mm, the weight gain was 3.5 and 5.8–5.9 mg/object/day, respectively. In terms of weight and length gain and efficiency of weight increase, feed 3 was better, and for survival and fatness feed 2 was distinguished.
