Abstract. Technological methods during the process of preparation of mixed fodders for animals and poultry are associated with certain risks, one of which is the loss of quality characteristics of the vitamin-mineral component. The use of new technologies for preparing feed substrates based on the control of temperature conditions and the use of nanoparticles of metals as a mineral component makes it possible to obtain products with specified functional characteristics while minimizing loss of nutritional properties. The paper presents the technological calculations for the preparation of complex feeds. Several regimes and design parameters of the vibrating mixer were taken within the established limits as variable quantitative factors, taking into account the factor analysis. They were the frequency of oscillations, f = 8–40.59 Hz; amplitude, ak = 5–25.519x10E-3 m; clear opening of perforated blades, epsilon = 5–15%; the angular velocity of the mixer tank, omega = 3.14–6.28 rad/s. The production of a mineral premix and protein, vitamin and mineral supplements in the established limit of vibration formation of the homogeneity of the mixture is possible at a temperature of 23–26 degrees; time of action of 90–360 s; humidity of 4.3–6.6%; thermal conductivity of 4.1–1.26 W/mK. To detect the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed method, nanoparticles of Fe (d = 80–90 nm), Zn (d = 60–70 nm), Cu (d = 80–90 nm), and Co (d = 50–70 nm), obtained by electric explosion of a conductor in OOO “Advanced Powder Technologies” (Tomsk), were included in the composition of the premix as a pilot variant. The concentration of iron nanoparticles introduced into the grain substrate was 25 mg/kg of feed, zinc Zn – 1.2 mg/kg, copper Cu – 35 mg/kg, cobalt Co – 0.5 mg/kg of feed. At the same time, during dosing-mixing it is necessary to control the temperature, thermophysical characteristics of the premix and protein, vitamin and mineral supplements.
