Abstract. The investigations were carried out to analyze the results of agrochemical survey of tillage area soils at State Station of Agrochemical Service “Saratovskaya” from 1964 to 2016. The station service area was located in the central part of the Saratov region and included: the northern right bank, the southern right bank, the northern left bank and the central left bank zones. The total area of all agricultural lands was 3137.8 thousand hectares and consisted of tillage (2327.1 thousand hectares), perennial plantings (20.9 thousand hectares), hayfields (47.7 thousand hectares) and grassland (742.1 thousand hectares). Sampling was conducted annually. It was analyzed 15...23 thousand soil samples. The surveyed territory was characterized by a variety of soil types (from light-brown soils to chernozem). For today, the soils with a very low humus content (39 % of the total area), medium phosphorus supply (42 %), elevated (28 %) and high (30 %) potassium content were basically. Most of the soils had a neutral (34 %) and alkaline (38 %) reaction. During the survey period the weighted average content of organic matter (humus) in tilled area decreased by 1.4 %, availability of labile phosphorus by 1.3 mg/kg, potassium by 65 mg/kg. In the dynamics of soil acidity, no significant changes occurred. Due to the low level of mineral and organic fertilizing, a negative balance of the nutrition elements in agriculture was formed.
Keywords: agrochemical survey, tilled area, humus, labile phosphorus, exchange potassium, degree of acidity, heavy metals.
