FEATURES OF INTRAFARM RELATIONS OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF ECONOMY IN THE KAMCHATKA TERRITORY

Abstract. Studies were conducted to determine the features of internal economic relations of promising organizational and legal forms of management. The method of investigation was a sample survey of representative farms. The presence of intrafarm relations between the administration and primary divisions (distribution of management functions, disposition of products, income) was determined. Most agricultural enterprises in the Kamchatka Territory have used some elements of economic calculation. On average, the income per 1 employee in the group of farms in which there are elements of self-supporting basis was higher by 81.3 % than in the group where they are not used; the net profit per employee was higher at 5.8 times, the profitability of the sold products – by 17.8 %. The intrafarm economic mechanism in the limited liability company represents a system of effects procedures in the workforce, which provided top results at efficient resource management generally by financial incentive. Based on the results of the assessment of the efficiency of the production potential and the ranking score of some indices in limited liability companies, it was established that revenues per one hectare of tillage had been higher at 8.8 times, than in producers' co-operatives, in unitary farms – at 3.7 times. Revenue per one thousand rubles of the fixed capital stock was higher at 1.08 and 4.5 times respectively; revenue per one thousand rubles of material input cost was less at 3.6 and 2.6 times respectively. With an increase in the average wage, the efficiency of the farm increased (the level of profitability on average in the limited liability company amounted increasing at 13.7 %). Therefore, it is advisable to improve the material stimulation of workforce of intrafarm divisions using a system of indices with increasing labor productivity and cost savings (applying the qualitative and quantitative rating of the worker's labor contribution to the overall results).
