Abstract. The reclamation of adaptive and landscape systems of agriculture, knowledge-intensive agricultural technologies, environmentally oriented systems of animal breeding and the development of models of agricultural production are considered as priority purpose of agricultural development. The solution of these tasks is supposed in the system of strategic planning, focused on the substantiation of rational nature management, the improvement of the spatial organization of agriculture, the development of interregional exchange. The development of industrial scientific and innovative system, which includes scientific and educational organizations, innovative and technological centres of research institutes and agricultural higher educational institutions, design companies, regional centers of hotline services, innovative companies, is considered as a condition for the implementation of the mentioned priorities.
