Abstract. The research aimed to study the influence of servicing bulls of foreign and domestic breeding on the state of natural resistance, lactation performance and reproductive qualities of daughters to determine the prospects for the selection of servicing bulls and further imprinting of these traits in the offspring. The studies were carried out at the breeding farm "Barybino" (Moscow region) in the period 2019 to 2021. Three groups of heifers were formed – daughters of three sires: Hit 7777 of Danish breeding (n=34), Lokit 105889675 – Canadian breeding (n=57) and domestic bull Prizer 1347 (n=87). Indicators of milk yield and reproductive qualities were studied during the production use of animals. Immunological data was studied during the second lactation period in 15 cows from each group. EIA was used to determine the quantitative content of IgG in blood serum and the content of cellular factors and phagocytic activity in whole blood. The daughters of Lokit 105889675 in the first lactation period were superior in milk yield to the offspring of Prizer 1347 by 645 kg (p≤0.05). Liveability in the group of Prizer 1347 daughters was 42.5%; in the group of Lokit 105889675 – 8.8% and in the group of Hit 7777 – 26.5%. Among the daughters of the bull Prizer 1347, three individuals, that completed 5, 6, and 8 lactations, were observed. Among the daughters of Hit 7777 there were two cows that completed the 5th lactation, and in the group of Lokit 105889675 daughters there were no such animals. Among the daughters of the bull Prizer 1347, an increase in immune processes was observed during the lactation period, which was characterised by the highest number of significant correlations between cellular immunity factors – 8, while among the daughters of Hit 7777 there were 3, and among the daughters of Lokit 105889675 – 5.
